Q: How much does it cost to subscribe to Spectrum High School Sports Hawaii?
A: It’s $410 per school year (August – May) payable in total at the time of purchase.

Q: Can I purchase the games individually? Or by month?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer individual games for purchase. We also do not offer daily or monthly subscriptions. The annual subscription provides access to the live broadcast of games throughout the school year.

Q: Is there a schedule of games and teams playing I can look at before I sign up?
A: Yes. Please click on SCHEDULE to see the live games coming up.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: We do not accept cancellations once you have submitted your online purchase.

Q: What if I subscribe in the middle of the school year? Can I get a pro-rate?
A: We only offer one annual subscription rate of $410 and do not offer pro-rates for subscribers who purchase after the first live game. Subscriptions are available up through the last game in May, however, we encourage everyone to subscribe early so that you’ll have access to the maximum amount of games for the school year.

Q: I’m having trouble viewing the live streaming, any tips?
A: Please try the Speed Test. If you have a less than satisfactory experience, make sure that you have the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari. We also recommend Windows 7 + or Mac OS X 10.9 + operating systems. We also suggest a high-speed, broadband modem with a minimum recommendation of 1.5 + Mbps. 5 + Mbps is recommended for the best viewing experience. If you are trying to view the live stream outside the state of Hawaii, you will need to make sure you are logged in, then click here to try another live stream player.

Q: How can I watch the games on my phone or tablet?
A: Use your mobile device’s browser and log in with your e-mail and password. Make sure that you have the systems requirements above in order to get the best viewing experience.

Q: I’ve exceeded my login attempts. How do I reset it?
A: E-mail us here and we can reset it for you.

Q: How do I login on a device or web browser when I’m already logged in on 2 devices or web browsers?
A: You are allowed to be simultaneously logged in on only 2 devices or web browsers. If you want to login on another device or web browser, you need to logout of one of the prior devices or web browsers.
